General Terms

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.• Digital items only, I am currently not offering physical items/copies of my work.• Prices are subject to change, check the prices tab for latest information.• Communication will occur through Instagram direct messages or email.

Section 1: Process & Revisions

1.) After receiving a DM through Instagram or Discord showing your interest, I will ask you to provide information on what you want for your commission including for unshaded references. I will give you a quote based on the information provided.2.) After the quote is accepted by the customer, I will ask for your account username and request you for the amount owed.3.) When payment is received, I will give you an order number so you can keep tabs on your order through Trello. If you order multiple commissions at once, they'll be under separate numbers for organization sake.4.) A sketch will be provided for approval before going to line-art. No major pose changes can be made once line-art phase has started. Two rounds of major and minor revisions are included in this phase.5.) Line-art will be provided for approval before going to coloring. No major line-art changes can be made once coloring phase has started. One round of minor revisions are included in this phase.6.) I will provide flat colors before moving onto the final phase. Line-art coloring is included in this phase if desired for no additional cost. No major color changes can be made once shading phase has started. One round of minor color revisions are included in this phase. Any major or minor line-art changes during this phase may warrant an extra charge.7.) For shading, you are allowed one round of major and minor revisions to the shading. No major or minor line-art or color changes are to be made after this point.8.) Backgrounds are included in these phases, however you are given one extra round of major and minor revisions if the background is considered "detailed" or a "scene". (See prices and examples for reference)9.) All pieces will be delivered via email to ensure quality, there are to be no changes after the final piece is delivered.10.) One free revision is allowed after the piece is delivered only if there was a mistake on my behalf that previously went unnoticed. This warranty only lasts one week after the final piece is delivered. After this, no changes can be made.This revision is done on a case-by-case basis, I reserve the right to refuse any further changes if I believe the request is unwarranted, to which I will explain my reasoning if needed.

Section 2: Payment Methods

• All prices are listed in USD, only accepting payments via CashApp & PayPal.• After asking for a commission, I will request your preferred method of payment with the amount owed.• Payment is required upfront, for commissions exceeding $150 a payment plan with a 50% down-payment is accepted. I will only go as far as the sketch phase until I have received the final payment amount.• Once the down payment is received, I will assign you an order number so you can check it's status via my Trello.

Section 3: Refunds

• A full refund can be received if the commission has not been started.• Partial refunds can be sent if work has begun depending on the progress made. Below are the refund estimates, these can be changed depending on further progress in other phases. Shading is included in these estimates if purchased previously.
- Sketches: 50% refund estimate
- Line-Art: 30% refund estimate
- Coloring: 10% refund estimate• Refunds will be dispersed to the account that previously sent the paid amount, this is for security purposes and cannot be negotiated.• No refunds can be made after the piece is completed and delivered.

Section 4: References

• References must be emailed to ensure image quality, as sites such as Discord and Instagram may lower image quality, making colors less accurate.• Preferred references are 2D, flat colored, full-body, front/back facing character sheets or multiple 2D flat colored images of the character with close and full body poses. The more references the better!• References that are not preferred include, 3D rendered with lighting/shading, 2D with heavy lighting/shading, screenshots (ex: video games, videos, etc.) or any image with low quality/resolution. This can often make details unclear and color picking difficult leading to unnecessary confusion/mistakes.• If you do not provide accurate references, have multiple references with different designs in each picture or references with unclear/no color palette then it will be up to me to guess which may lead to many mistakes or inaccuracies in the final product that may not be desirable. The commissioner is responsible for providing accurate references as I will only use the information available to me.• For those who do not have a reference, you will be asked to provide a detailed written or visual description going into as much detail as possible to provide an as accurate depiction for me to go off of. This will also count for your revisions in Section 1, no extra revisions will be provided.

Section 5: Turnaround Time

• Typical turnaround times are 3-4 days to 1-3 weeks, possibly longer depending on complexity of the commission and current queue. To check your current place in the queue, you can see your order number's place on my Trello.• For any delays, the commissioner will be notified and a public announcement posted on my Instagram story or DeviantArt posts. Delays aren't common but if you're concerned and I haven't reached out to you, check either of those accounts for updates!• No deadline requests will be accepted.

Section 6: Delivery

• Completed work will be emailed via your provided email as a high-resolution PNG file. Dimensions and DPI may vary.• If you require a specific file format or specific dimensions, please request this at the start of the commission process.

Section 7: Copyright & Usage

I retain all rights to my work, including posting it to my social media and portfolio. However, if the commission is requested as private, then it will only be up to the commissioner to share/post.You May:• Use the commission for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Share on social media with proper credit (Ex: Art by @fuzzyfishyy on Instagram) credit is always required for any posts made with the art.You May Not:• Claim the artwork as your own. This includes heavy referencing/tracing the art.
• Alter the artwork without permission.
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes or monetary gain (not including selling characters along with art of them)

Section 8: Client Conduct

• Respectful communication is expected through the commission process.• Harmful harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of your commission with no refunds and placement on a permanent blacklist from future commissions.• Any unnecessary and unwarranted chargebacks/claims will result in immediate cancellation and permanent blacklist.• Refrain from constant messages on updates, as they will be provided when available. Too many of these messages will result in a future blacklist.• Failure to respond to communications within two weeks before payment may result in cancellation of the commission. If payment is received and there is no further communication, your commission will be placed in "Communication Pending" on Trello until further communication.

Section 9: Regarding "Not Safe For Work" Content

• In order to commission any sort of NSFW art, you must DM me through one of my social media accounts using a public account with previous activity dating back at least 3 months. I will ask you to confirm your age using some form of ID and visual proof of identity. A background check will be performed to ensure you are the age you say you are.• If you are unable to provide some sort of ID or visual proof of age, I will deny your commission. However you will be allowed to commission me for other safe for work content.• If I find that you are not the age you claim you are through fake ID, AI video usage or background checks, I will deny your commission immediately and you will be placed on a permanent, public blacklist.• If your age is confirmed to be 18 or older, I will give you examples of my work and we will proceed with the commission process.• I reserve the right to refuse any commission at my own discretion.• If you request any sort of pedophilic or zoophilic content or I find that the character(s) provided in a scene are underage or feral, your commission will be immediately cancelled with no refund and you will be placed on a public blacklist.• You will not be blacklisted for any sort of fetish content unless it involves minors or feral animals. Simply put, there are just some fetishes that I am uncomfortable drawing. If you have a question about a particular fetish that I do not have listed below, please feel free to ask!

YCHs

Also known as "Your Character Here," YCHs are the base of a drawing that charater(s) can be inserted to. These are occasionally hosted on both my DeviantArt & Instagram! For a more updated gallery, please check those links.

Headshot/Busts

A headshot primarily is a drawing of a character's head, sometimes including the neck. Busts are a drawing of a character's head down to just below the shoulders including the top half of the chest.Base Prices
- Sketch: $5 (+$2 shading (S) or +$5 complex shading (CS))
- Line-Art: $10 (+$5 shading (S) or +$10 complex shading (CS))
- Colored: $15 (+$5 shading (S) or +$10 complex shading (CS))Backround Options

Half-Bodies

A half-body includes the head down to the waist just before the legs.Base Prices
- Sketch: $10 (+$5 shading (S) or +$8 complex shading (CS))
- Line-Art: $15 (+$7 shading (S) or +$15 complex shading (CS))
- Colored: $20 (+$7 shading (S) or +$15 complex shading (CS))Backround Options

Full-Bodies

Full-bodies include the entire character, head to toe with minor exceptions when framing.Base Prices

- Colored: $25 (+$10 shading (S) or +$20 complex shading (CS))Backround Options

Character Sheets

Character sheets are a combination of a headshot and a full-body usually showcasing a characters personality or clothing.For character sheets as references: details such as the muzzle, tail or any part of the body needing to be specified separately can also count as the pre-paid headshot depending on detail and amount of separate details needed. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.Base Prices

Reference Sheets

Reference sheets display all of a character including two full-bodies, and a headshot with notes of specific aspects if requested. Unclear reference fees will not be applied here.Base Prices
